At FIXBUY, we want every customer to have a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

Return Window (7 Days)

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged

• The product is defective

• You received the wrong item

To be eligible, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Our team will review and respond within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for prepaid orders after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For COD orders → exchange/replacement only.

Order Cancellation

Order can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
